Weight loss can be as simple as a decision.
What is meant by this statement? In any endeavor whether it be weight loss or anything we want to change in our life, we must come to a point of decision that we are willing to do whatever it takes because we are not where we want to be and are ready to be there. This isn't a "wouldn't it be nice" kind of decision, it is coming to a conclusion within yourself that you are going to do whatever you need to do to get the results you want. You must come to a point of no longer accepting your current condition and being ready and willing to do what must be done to accomplish your goal. At this point your decision becomes simple, the application will not seem so difficult.
