Matthew 9:2 Some men brought to him a paralytic, lying on a mat. When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, "Take heart, son; your sins are forgiven."

Matthew 15:28 Then Jesus answered, "Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted." And her daughter was healed from that very hour.

Mark 2:5 When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, "Son, your sins are forgiven."

These and other examples are in the Bible to remind us of the power of faith and the power of prayer.

Ephesians 3:12 says "In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence." We can no longer walk up to Jesus as these people did, but we can approach Him anytime we want in prayer.

Show God the faith you have in him, by praying for both physical and spiritual healing in other peoples lives and believing God will make it happen!

How awesome is it to know that God has given us the power to change peoples lives. The friends of the paralytic showed Jesus their faith in Him. In the story, no where does it say that the paralytic even believed in Jesus. Maybe he did, maybe he didn't. The important thing here is that his friends did and because of that Jesus healed him. That mans world changed in an instant.
